Glade v0.3.2
- Leads coordinate a team of chats for you. Tell a Lead what you want; it plans the work, starts chats with the agent and model that fit each part, answers their questions, follows them up and tells you only what needs you. Team chats open as tabs inside the Lead, and you can take one over at any time. (392bf988d)
- Automations run a prompt with any agent on a schedule, once at a set time, when their webhook is called, or on GitHub activity such as new pull requests, comments or failed CI. Each run is a normal chat, on this machine or on an SSH host that keeps running while your computer is off. - The Activity sidebar sorts your chats by what each one needs: waiting on you, ready for review, working, open and done. Rows show pull request checks and changed lines, and a chat moves to Done on its own when its pull request merges. (f04d7abfc)
- Spaces cover more of Glade: Home is the default space, the switcher is always in the sidebar, Leads and automations switch with their space, and chats keep their space on every device. (be54da741, 91cb7b414, 694ad93cc)
- The sidebar is tidier and fits more: spaces sit at the bottom, updates show beside the Glade name, and Settings, help and provider usage share one row. (84bff13e0)

- A chat that keeps loading offers to try again or reload the window, and trying again fetches the whole conversation. (6e6f699fd)
